Additional Information
David grew up in Southern Ontario where he owned a furniture store and built commercial and residential buildings. After completing his B.A. and M.A., David worked as a planner for the Greater Vancouver Regional District, the Univer-city Development at Simon Fraser University, as a contract planner for the Capital Regional District and the Municipality of North Cowichan. David began his career in appraisal in 2005 and joined Cunningham and Rivard (Duncan) Ltd. In October 2009.
