Extensive real estate appraisal background in numerous types of properties ranging from resorts, hotels, shopping centres, apartments, pubs and investment properties.

Specialization

Commercial & income producing properties, unique waterfront properties, government & municipal land acquisition/disposal issues, etc. Comprehensive property consulting is also a specialty that includes expropriation, development, partial takings, fractured interest and first nations land claim issues. Golf courses, islands, resorts, forest land, & V-Day appraisals are other areas of specialization.

Additional Information

Allan grew up in Victoria and received his post secondary education in Vancouver before moving to Nanaimo to join Cunningham & Rivard. Allan is currently a member of the Nanaimo Golf Club.
