Specialization
Commercial and income producing, unique waterfront properties, government & municipal land acquisition/disposal issues, etc. Comprehensive property consulting is also a specialty that includes expropriation, development, partial takings, fractured interest and first nations land claim issues. Golf courses, private islands, resorts, forest land, and V-Day appraisals are other areas of specialization.

Vancouver Island including the west coast (Tofino, Ucluelet & Bamfield), along with remote coastal locations.

Additional Information
Allan grew up in Victoria and received his post secondary education in Vancouver before moving back to Vancouver Island to join Cunningham & Rivard Appraisals Ltd. Allan is currently a member of the Uplands Golf Club and enjoys traveling, fishing, skiing, and hiking.
